Title: Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry (Dark-Hunter, #12)Author: Sherrilyn Kenyon
Series: Dark Hunter
Date Published: 31st July  2007

Description: As an ancient Sumerian god, Sin was one of the most powerful among his pantheon. . . Until the night Artemis brutally stole his godhood and left him for dead. For millennia, this ex-god turned Dark-Hunter has dreamed only of regaining his powers and seeking revenge on Artemis. If only life were that simple.

Unfortunately he has bigger fish--or in Sin's case--demons, to fry. The lethal gallu that were buried by his pantheon are now stirring and they are hungry for human flesh. Their goal is to destroy mankind and anyone else who gets in their way. Sin is the only one who can stop them--that is if a certain woman doesn't kill him first. Unfortunately, Sin discovers that now he must rely on her or witness an annihilation of biblical proportions. Enemies have always made strange bedfellows, but never more so than when the fate of the world hangs in the balance. Now a man who knows only betrayal must trust the one person most likely to hand him to the demons. Artemis may have stolen his godhood, but this one has stolen his heart. The only question is will she keep it or feed it to the ones who want him dead?

Review: This book is all about Sin and Katra.
Sin once a God but had his powers stolen from him and is now out for revenge against the Goddess Artimis for stripping him of his powers and making him no better then a human.
Katra, sent by Artimis  to stop Sin from killing her, She looks just like the Goddess and she all most looses her life because Sin mistakes her for being the Goddess. Katra holds many secrets and with time we find out that Katra is not only a Goddess but the daughter of the Goddess Artimis.  But the question is who is her father, yes you have guessed it, Archeron is her father. *shock face*
we find the pair have to join each other to  stop the baddies from destroying the earth.

Over all view:

Well I have to say, yet another amazing book from Kenyon. Kenyon is one of my favourite authors, she has an amazing way of making you feel like your part of the book. This book is full of action right from the start, it keeps you reading until you have the book finished. you will fall in love with each character and long to know what secrets they hide. I really think  anyone who hasn't read kenyons books should  give them a try, once you have you will need to finish the rest of the series to see what happens.

RATING OF 5 LIPS.
