Review: This book starts off with Kaia, when she was younger and she trys to steal another harpys consort but she fails and by failing  she ends up getting  half the harpy camp killed this then got Kaia named Kaia the Disapointment.  We then take a big jump to the future and we take a look at Strider (a deomon possed warrior). he holdss the deomon of defeat and if he ever looses at anything he ends up in a great amount of pain, so much pain he blacks out.  Strider agress to be Kaias consort as they head to the harpy games with some other friends. Kaia has to come face to face with her past and try and overcome the name she was once gotten and gain the respeact from her fello harpys. But it turns out that there is more to the games then meets the eye, not only are they violent with people (harpys) getting hurt, some are even ending up dead. But the biggest shock ever is that the winner of the harpy games walks away with the pairing rod. The pairing rod is one of the missing artifacts the lords have been looking for, it will help them find pandoras box and in turn save there lives.

 

 

Overall view: OMFG what can I say, this book was AMAZING!!!!!. Gena you have done it again, I love this series. I think this book is making its way to being one of my favourite books in the whole series. And Strider is fast becoming one of my favourite lords. but he will never out do my Aeron lol.

I loved the fact that in this book we got to see allot more of the women, And yes we got some big kick ass chicks. Kaia has made it to top spot as my favourite book female I think, she is for def my favourite harpy. I love the fact that she can burn things. Not only did this book have some very funny moments like the way Strider and Kaia bounced off each other but there were times when my heart was bleeding for poor Kaia and I wanted to jump in and kick some ass for her lol.This book holds everything from action,romance and yes comedy but we all so get to see some very steamy sex seances, there is something for everyone. As Kaia would say this book is made of awesomeness  lol.

 

There is only one down side for me, and that is that Gena has changed the book covers and the size of the books, it really annoys me when authors do this because I'm a bit ocd when my books don't match but because the story is ,Awesome and  panty itching keeping you at the edge of your seat  Amazing i can let that slide.
