Title: More Then Meets the Ink
More than Meets the InkAuthor: Elle Aycart
Series: Bowen #1
Date Published: June 28th 2011

Description:
Wickedly sexy James Bowen is a bad boy of the highest order -- tattoos and attitude included -- which unfortunately ranks way up on Tate's not-a-chance-in-hell list, right there along with skydiving naked over Teheran and juggling Ebola vials just for kicks. But what the heck, she's on holiday, the guy is absolutely irresistible, and she needs to unplug from her life. With her dad and brother gone, Tate is left to deal with the family restaurant, which is fast going down the drain. Her employees are acting out, her boyfriend has bailed out, and her very own private stalker is emailing her to death with lovely threats of doom, fire, and dismemberment. So yeah, maybe a little holiday fling is in order. Strictly sex though, and no follow-up whatsoever once.
She hadn't counted on her take-charge holiday fling having an opinion of his own and stubbornly sticking around, before and after the sex, making himself at home in her life. There is definitely more to James than meets her prejudiced eye, and even if she's not ready to look deeper, James isn't prepared to permit her not to.

Review:

We start this book with Tate, she visiting her mum in Florida. Tate's mum is convinced that the next door neighbour has taken her cat, or even worse he has killed it. Tate spends some time peeping  on the neighbours trying to find out if he has took the cat and this is where she meets James. Tate has sworn off bad boys and because James is covered in tattoos  she is convinced he is one.  Tate tries her hardest to stay away from him but she really struggles to hide what she is feeling for him. If you haven't guessed she finds him totally hot and wants him badly lol.  So one things leads to another and the two find them selves in a relationship that is all physical and based on needs. but as time goes by Tate finds her self falling for James. so she  tries to keep him at bay and tries to calm things down to try save her heart.

Hmmm Iv got mixed feelings on this book and I'm not really to sure how to put my feelings  into words.  The basic story line for this book was good but could of been so much more. I the copy I have of this book needed edited again as far as I'm concerned and needs just a wee bit more work to it. Reading other reviews for this book I set off with really high hopes for it but I'm really sorry to say but it just didn't do it for me. If more was made of the story line then id be happy to say I was wrong.
